Ingredients
  

  • 400 g Cream Cheese (room temperature)
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 200 ml Heavy Cream
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 2 tbps Flour
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 220°C (430°F). Line loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and mix.
  • Add eggs one at a time. Mix in heavy cream, vanilla, salt, and flour.
  • Pour batter into pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
  • Cool, refrigerate, and slice once set.
