Loaf Pan Basque Cheesecake

- 400 g Cream Cheese (room temperature)
- 150 g Sugar
- 200 ml Heavy Cream
- 3 Large Eggs
- 2 tbps Flour
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 220°C (430°F). Line loaf pan with parchment paper.
Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and mix.
Add eggs one at a time. Mix in heavy cream, vanilla, salt, and flour.
Pour batter into pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
Cool, refrigerate, and slice once set.
