- 6 medium jalapeño peppers, sliced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
Wash and slice the jalapeños and onion.
