Ingredients
  

  • 6 medium jalapeño peppers, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Wash and slice the jalapeños and onion.
  • In a saucepan, combine vinegar, sugar, mustard seeds, celery seeds, turmeric, salt, and water. Bring to a boil.
  • Add the jalapeños and onions to the pot and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  • Pour the hot pickle mixture into sterilized jars, ensuring the vegetables are fully covered.
  • Seal the jars and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before enjoying.
