These Cake Mix Toffee Bars are perfect for busy bakers. With minimal prep and simple ingredients, they deliver maximum flavor and texture.
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow or white cake mix
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tp vanilla extract
- 1 cup toffee bits
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix cake mix, melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Fold in most of the toffee bits, reserving some for topping.
- Pour into dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle remaining toffee bits on top.
- Bake 25–30 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
