Ingredients
1 package crescent roll dough (or puff pastry)
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream (for topping)
Instructions
Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Filling: Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Toss sliced strawberries with 1 tbsp granulated sugar in a separate bowl.
Assemble: Roll out dough into a single sheet. Spread cream cheese mixture, then layer strawberries on top.
Roll & Slice: Carefully roll dough into a log and pinch seams to seal. Slice into 1-inch rolls.
Bake: Arrange on baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
