Ingredients
400g cream cheese, room temperature
150g granulated sugar
200ml heavy cream
3 large eggs
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Prepare: Preheat oven to 430°F (220°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
Mix Base: Beat cream cheese and sugar until completely smooth.
Incorporate: Add eggs one at a time, blending well after each. Mix in heavy cream, vanilla, and salt.
Finish Batter: Sift in the flour and fold gently until just combined.
