Ingredients
- 2–3 leftover bratwursts, sliced into rounds
- 12 oz (340g) rigatoni or rotini pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil Pasta: Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
