Ingredients
1 loaf of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup cooked meat (pepperoni, ham, sausage, or chicken)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup assorted vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
1/2 cup marinara sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning & 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
Instructions
Preheat: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll: On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12×18 inch rectangle.
Layer: Spread marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a border. Evenly layer your cooked meats, cheese, and vegetables. Sprinkle with seasonings.
Roll: Carefully roll the dough into a log, tucking in the sides, and pinch the seams to seal.
Bake: Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush the top with the beaten egg. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
Serve: Let it cool for 5 minutes, slice, and serve with extra sauce for dipping.
