Description

Ingredients

  • For the Dough:
  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • For the Cinnamon Sugar:
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • For the Icing (Optional):
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll & Cut: Roll the dough on a floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness. Slice into strips (approx. 1 inch wide by 6 inches long).
  • Coat: Mix sugar and cinnamon. Brush each dough strip with melted butter, then sprinkle generously with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  • Bake: Arrange on the baking sheet with space between each. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.

Notes
