Simple cottage cheese and egg wrap, baked to perfection, versatile for savory or sweet fillings.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese (low-fat or full-fat)
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbps grated Parmesan (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Non-stick spray or olive oil
Instructions
- Add cottage cheese, egg, Parmesan, salt, and pepper to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and spray lightly with oil.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and spread it evenly into a thin circle.
- Cook for 3–4 minutes until the edges lift easily and the wrap sets.
- Flip carefully and cook for 1–2 minutes more.
- Remove from the pan, let it cool slightly, and fill with your favorite toppings.
- Roll up and enjoy!
